There will be Celebration Services in Magherahamlet Parish Church at 11.00 am on Sunday morning and in the Church of the Ascension, Annahilt at 3.00 pm on Sunday afternoon when Lord Eames, will be preaching.

Lord Eames was Bishop of Down & Dromore from 1980 to 1986 and subsequently Archbishop of Armagh from 1986 - 2006. In retirement he & Lady Eames have been good friends to the Group of Parishes, regularly worshipping in both our Churches where they are always welcome visitors. The last time Lord Eames preached in Annahilt & Magherahamlet was on the occasion of the Platinum Jubilee of Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II last year.

Larchfield Estate will be open for individuals and families to get together following the Service in Annahilt. Please bring your own picnic. The Bailies Mills Accordion Band will lead the Singing at the Service and also provide entertainment at Larchfield.
